Jenna Kirtley grew up in Canfield, Ohio. She graduated from Canfield High School in 2006. Jenna has been a lover of the arts her entire life, despite her own lack of artistic ability, and lettered in Drama after working backstage on six different plays and musical productions with her schools Drama department.

Wishing to escape northern winters, Jenna decided to move to Fort Myers, Florida after graduating High School. She knew from early on that a career in law was where she belonged, and received her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Florida Gulf Coast University. While attending FGCU, Jenna was nominated to become a member of the National Leadership Society. She was also very active in a student run animal rescue program where she and her fellow students helped many great animals find their forever homes.

Jenna then moved to Jacksonville, Florida to attend Florida Coastal School of Law. During her time in law school, Jenna participated in a skills lab which allowed her to help clients prepare for their futures by drafting Wills, Living Wills, Powers of Attorney’s and other testamentary and non-testamentary documents. She was also a Legal Intern for the school’s Family Law Clinic where she gained experience handling Dissolution of Marriage and Paternity cases all while attending her final classes. Upon graduating law school, Jenna was awarded FCSL’s Family Law Certificate in recognition of her advanced family law experience and specialized legal curriculum.

Jenna worked for a Personal Injury attorney in Jacksonville after graduation but decided her real passion was family law. Missing Southwest Florida, Jenna pursued opportunities which would allow her to return to the area she grew to love during her time in undergrad and was happy to find a great fit at Lusk, Drasites, & Tolisano in 2014 as an Associate Attorney protecting the rights of families.

Jenna has experience handling a wide range of family law matters, from Divorces, Child Custody and Guardianship all the way to Asset Distribution and Protection in Alimony and Child Support Modification. She is admitted to practice in all Florida State courts as well as in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.

In her free time, Jenna enjoys going to amusement parks, watching movies, reading, spending time at the beach, and playing with her dog.
